摘要
介绍了汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)的硬件组成,着重论述了DEH的控制原理和控制过程。结合天津碱厂新建4#机组,与前3台机组的液压控制调节方式进行比较,突出了DEH控制的优势。对DEH系统的软件作了介绍。同时对DEH的控制系统Foxboro I/A Series的系统软件和系统网络作了较详细的论述。最后,讨论了运行中可能出现的问题和解决方法。
With particular attention to the control theory and process of DEH,the hardware-building of DEH control system is introduced. The new-built # 4 turbine set of the plant is compared with the former three sets which are controlled by hydraulic pressure in order to highlight the advantages of DEH control. The software of DEH system is analyzed in detail,the system software and the grid of Foxboro I/A Series -the control system of DEH is introduced in the end,the problems that might appear in operation and the solutions are discussed.
