摘要
目的：探讨关节镜手术加内服白芥子散治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和对关节液、血清中IL-1水平的影响。方法：将75例OA患者随机分成治疗组（39例）和对照组（36例）。治疗组采用关节镜手术并配合内服白芥子散1～3个疗程（1月为1个疗程），对照组单纯采用关节镜手术，然后观察术后3个月的临床疗效，并检测术前和术后3个月血清与关节液中的IL-1的含量。结果：治疗组在改善OA症状方面优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组关节液、血清中IL-1含量平均明显下降（P〈0．01），且治疗组下降幅度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：关节镜手术结合白芥子散治疗OA近期疗效满意，但远期疗效有待于进一步的观察。
Objective ： To explore clinical effects of arthroscopic operative combined mustard seed powder with oral administration on knee osteoarthritis and its influences on the level of IL - 1 in serum and synovial fluid. Methods ：75 osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （39 cases ）and control group（36 eases）, which were treated by arthroscopie operative with oral administration of for 1 ～ 3 periods of treatmentm by arthroscopie operative only, respectively. And clinical effects were recorded respectively 3 months later after operation. And the level of IL - 1 in serum and synovial fluid were recorded respectively before and 3 months after operation. Results：The clinical effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, The level of IL - 1 in serum and synovial fluid was greatly declined in both groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and there was significant difference for value between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, Conclusion：Arthroseopic operative and oral administration of mustard seed powder on knee osteoarthritis has significant early effect, however the long - dated effect is unknown.
