摘要
介绍了采用BL1500螺旋溜槽作为主要分选设备从硫酸渣中回收铁精矿的研究及工业应用情况。研究表明,经BL1500螺旋溜槽重选富集,可从品位为56．8％(TFe)的硫酸渣中回收获得品位为63．1％(TFe)的合格铁精矿产品,回收率达61．1％。文中对硫酸渣的矿物性质、选别工艺、流程配置、工业指标等都做了较为详细的阐述。
The application of recycling iron concentrate from the sulfate residue by BL1500 spiral chute was introduced. Concentrated by BL1500 spiral chute,the sulfate residue is upgraded from 56.8% Fe to 63.1% Fe,with a recovery of 61,1%. The property of sulfate residue,process flow sheet,process data are represented.
