摘要
鉴于物流服务需求企业和第三方物流服务提供企业之间互相选择的现状,为了给第三方物流服务商选择所要承接的企业业务项目的过程提供科学的依据,本文运用改进的灰色多层次综合评价分析法,对项目的选择建立了一套三级评价体系,并对该体系进行了全面、系统的评价.评价过程中采用了熵技术确定指标权重,避免了一定的主观性.实例结果表明改进的灰色多层次综合评价法简单直观、方便易行,具有一定的实际意义.
Because the logistics service client and the third-party logistics service agent can choose each other, this paper adopts a modified grey multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation （GMCE） to give a scientific basis to the third-party logistics service agent and builds a three-lever evaluation for the selection of the project. According to this evaluation system, it gives an overall and system evaluation. And the theory of entropy is adopted in the process of the evaluation to determine the weight of index with a less subjectivity. The instance illustrates that the modified grey multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation is simple and workable, and it has a practical denotation.
