围产儿直肠肛门闭锁／狭窄的流行病学调查 被引量：3

摘要 １９８６年１０月～１９８７年９月全国２９省（市、自治区）９４５所医院监测的１２４３２８４例围产儿中，直肠肛门闭锁／狭窄３８０例，畸形率为３．１／万，山西省畸形率最高．为６．１／万；畸形率较低的省份有辽宁、上海、云南、甘肃等，西藏、青海未检出该畸形．男性畸形率为３．６／万；女性畸形率为１．７／万，男性明显高于女性，城市畸形率为２．８／万，农村畸形率为３．６／万，城乡畸形率差异显著．３８０例直肠肛门闭锁／狭窄中，单发畸形占４２．１％，多发畸形占５７．９％，最常伴发泌尿系统畸形，伴发畸形是造成直肠肛门闭锁／狭窄围产儿死亡的主要原因。
