摘要
介绍了激光辅助照明主动红外成像系统的基本原理和组成、激光光源的制作和技术参数、光学系统和接收器件的选用。研究了半导体激光光纤耦合器件作为夜视光源其制作中光束整形、均匀化方法和性能指标,并根据CCD相机光谱进行分析来选用合适的接收器件。研制出一台激光辅助照明主动红外成像样机,通过多次外场实验,获得质量较好的夜视图像。该设备造价低廉,像质较好,可以用于民用的安全监控,也可作为轻武器火控或单兵观瞄等用于军事领域的夜视观察。
The fundamental theories and structure of the active IR imaging system with laser illumination, the manufacturing techniques and technical parameters of laser sources were presented. The optimization of optical systems and the receiving components were introduced. The parameters of the fiber-coupled LD for the collimated and homogenized night-vision laser illumination sources have been studied. The selection of CCD cameras corresponding to the spectra was described. A prototype active IR imaging system with laser illumination has been developed successfully and the acceptable images through various on-field experiments have been achieved. The system can be applied to not only security surveillances in the civil applications but also the automatic control for the light-weight weapons in the military fields, and also be equipped by the soldiers for night-vision purposes.
