摘要
笔者通过对国际上主要国家和地区的网络远程培训,特别是有关农业技术在网络远程技术的支持下如何进行有效、快速的传递方面的研究,结合农业专家决策支持系统、农业电子商务、农业多媒体技术在农业生产实践中的应用等现代最先进的技术,探讨如何将这些最先进的实用技术传播手段在东南亚不发达地区进行实践与普及;如何充分利用信息技术发展我国与各国的现代农业网络远程教育合作。
The modern Long-distance net training system in develop countries has three important function： professional suggestion system palm, agri cultural information platform, agricultural media training products. How to improving both of them into lowincome countries, （The Greater Mekong Subregion specially）with efficiency is a constructive issue.
