摘要
目的:探讨CT线性测量技术在脑外伤后脑萎缩的早期诊断意义,以及CT与MR I两种成像技术在诊断价值的对比分析。方法:应用CT检查对30例急性脑外伤血肿的患者脑室体部横径指数、Huchm an指数、尾状核指数以及脑沟宽度等进行线性测量;对所有数据与正常对比组进行比较及统计学分析,了解各参考值在脑萎缩早期诊断中的意义。并通过其中5例与MR I测量值的对比,分析诊断的特异性。结果:侧脑室体部横径指数、Huckm an指数、尾状核指数以及脑沟宽度是脑萎缩早期诊断中的敏感指标,与脑萎缩的发生呈线性相关。结论:CT线性测量技术在脑外伤后脑萎缩的早期诊断及监测中具有较大的应用价值,是脑外伤后遗症的临床防治不可或缺的重要辅助手段;MR I线性测量较CT更具特异性。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of CT linear measures of posttraumatic cerebral atrophy in the early stages, and compare with MRI. Methods:30 cases of acute cerebral trauma diagnosed by CT linear measure about the distance between the lateral walls of the ventricles, the Huckman index, caudate nucleus index and the width of the cerebral fissure, which were analyzed to find out the value of these references in the early diagnosis of post-traumatic cerebral atrophy. 5 cases were diagnosed by CT and MRI scan,which were compared to study the diagnostic value between the CT and MRI. Results:The distance between the lateral walls of the ventricles,the Huckman index, caudate nucleus index and the width of the cerebral fissure were sensitive index of posttraumatic cerebral atrophy, showing linearly relativity with the cerebral atrophy. Conclusion: CT have the important diagnostic value to the post-traumatic cerebral atrophy. It is the important assistant means to the prevention and cure about the traumatism sequelae. MRI have the most specificity compared with CT.
