A photoelectrochemical study of the poly (3-hexylthiophene)

摘要 利用光电化学方法研究了聚3-己基噻吩的光电化学性质,其禁带宽度为1.89eV,同时确定了它的价带位置(-3.6eV)、导带位置(-5.4eV)。研究发现聚3-己基噻吩属于直接跃迁型半导体,在本文条件下得到的最高IPCE值达5.2% The photonelectrochemical properties of the poly(3-hexylthiophene) film on the conducting glass were investigated with photonelectrochemical methods. The bandgap of P3HT film was 1.89eV. The conduction band and valence band were determined to be -3.6 and -5.4eV respectively. The maximal IPCE measured in this paper was 5.2 %.
