超敏C-反应蛋白与血脂检测在冠心病中的联合应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白与血脂联合检测对冠心病的预测价值。方法利用乳胶增强免疫比浊法和透射比浊法,对112例健康人群和52例急性心肌梗死(AMI),64例不稳定性心绞痛(UA),32例稳定性心绞痛(SA)患者检测超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、Apo(a)、ApoA、ApoB)水平。结果SA组、UA组和AMI组hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C、Apo(a)、ApoB水平明显高于健康组,且hs-CRP与TG、TC、LDL-C、Apo(a)、ApoB呈正相关,SA组、UA组和AMI组HDL-C、ApoA水平明显低于健康组,且hs-CRP与HDL-C、ApoA呈负相关。结论hs-CRP是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,与血脂联合检测对冠心病的诊断、治疗及预后判断有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the predictor value of unite examination of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and serum lipids in the coronary heart diseases.Methods Hs-CRP and serum lipid (TG, TC,HDL-C,LDL-C, Apo(a),ApoA,ApoB) were measured on 112 case of healthy people,52 cases of AMI,64 cases of UA and 32 cases of SA by latex enhancement immunity nephelometery and transmission nephelometery.Results The level of hs-CRP, TG, TC, LDL-C,APO(a),APOB of SA group, UA group and AMI group were more higher than that of the healthy group and the level of hs-CRP had positive relativity with TG, TC, LDL-C,APO(a) ,ApoB.The level of HDL-C and ApoA of SA group, UA group and AMI group were more lower than that of the healthy people and the level of hs-CRP had negative relativity with HDL-C and APOA. Conclusion Hs-CRP is a risk of strong independent predictor factor for future cardio-vascular diseases. The combined application of hs-CRP and serum lipids has more important significance for the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis estimate of coronary heart diseases.
