铝合金船体与不锈钢阀件的腐蚀及电化学特性

CORROSION AND ELECTROCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF ALUMINUM ALLOY COUPLED WITH STAINLESS STEEL WITH COATINGS

摘要 在不锈钢基体上分别镀上几种镀层,各自与船用铝合金配对测腐蚀速率,并测定了镀层在海盐溶液(3.5%)中的电极电位与极化曲线.结果表明,镀Zn-Ni的18-8钢自身腐蚀不大,还可使船体材料的腐蚀速率最小. Several kinds of coating materials were individually plated on a parent metal of stainless steel 18- 8. And the coated stainless steels were coupled with a marine aluminum alloy respectively, then the corrosion rates of which were also measured. Furthermore, the electrode voltages and polarization curves of the coatings in sea salt solution (3.5%) were measured. The experimental results indicate that the corrosion rate of the 18 - 8 steel plated with Zn - Ni is small, in the meanwhile which may make the corrosion rate of the marine aluminum alloy to be minimal.
