摘要 热等离子体喷涂制备YPSZ纳米结构涂层必须首先进行YPSZ纳米结构粉末材料的研究。本文采用浆料分散、喷雾干燥、热处理的方法制备适于热等离子体喷涂纳米结构涂层的球形、致密YPSZ纳米结构粉末材料。测定浆料的粘度、沉降高度曲线表征浆料的均匀性和稳定性,利用扫描电子显微镜、x射线衍射分析对粉末材料的微观组织及相结构进行分析,利用热重/差热分析对热处理工艺过程进行分析。结果表明:采用优化的工艺成功制备出球形、结构均匀、致密的YPSZ纳米结构粉末材料,适于热喷涂制备YPSZ纳米结构涂层。 Using nanoparticals as feedstock to thermal spray nanostructured yittium partaly stabilitied zirconia(YPSZ) coatings presents a new challenges. The spray-drying process of nanostructured YPSZ ceramics which are candidate materials for thermal-spray YPSZ coating is discussed in this paper. The apparent viscosity and sediment height of nano-particles slurry are measured. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is used to examine the morphology and particle size of the feedstock. X-ray diffraction (XRD) is used to analyze the crystal structure of the feedstock. Thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential thermal analysis(DTA) are also conducted. This work deals with the optimization of processing parameter of fabricating the YPSZ nanostructured feedstocks.
