对固相微萃取-气质联用技术的原理、优点、萃取条件,及其在天然产物如水果蔬菜、香料、中草药、食品等挥发性成分分析中的应用进行了较为详细的阐述,综述文献47篇.
The principles, advantages, and extraction conditions of solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography were discussed. The applications of solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography in the volatile components analysis of natural products, such as fruit and vegetable, flavor, food, and Chinese herbal medicine, were reviewed with 47 references.
