摘要
在自熔合金粉末N i60B与质量分数为35%的W C的组合粉中分别加入不同含量的稀土硅铁(F eS iR e),采用氧—乙炔火焰喷涂并重熔,形成喷熔层。对喷熔层进行了显微组织分析以及磨粒磨损试验,探讨了稀土硅铁提高组合粉喷熔层耐磨性的原因。试验结果表明,稀土硅铁的加入,可以改变喷熔层中混合碳化钨的形态;不同含量的稀土硅铁,均有不同程度提高喷熔层耐磨性的作用。
The primary goal of this paper is to improve wear resistance of the spray-melted coatings by adding rare earth into mixture of Ni60B and 35 mass. %WC. The spray-melted coatings are produced with oxygen-acetylene flame spray technique. Influence of rare earth on microstructure of spray-melted coatings is also investigated. The results show that adding a proper amount of rare earth can increase the wear resistance of spray-melted coatings,and rare earth makes the pattern of tungsten carbide better.
