运动时间知觉的表象训练效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 用表象训练的方法,研究其对运动时间的判断和控制能力的影响。通过三项运动时间控制的实验证明,表象训练可在一定程度上提高运动时间的判断和控制能力,但与对照组相比差异不很明显;然而在暂时终止实际训练的消退时期的情况则明显地不同,这说明表象训练对防止已获得的时间判断、控制能力和技术技能消退的作用尤为突出。就此,对表象训练效果作了理论分析,认为表象训练主要是通过加强大脑皮层的优势兴奋、改善注意的集中、加强记忆等知觉因素,使得对运动时间的判断和控制能力提高。同时,还对表象训练影响的特性进行了描述和讨论。 It is proved by three experiments that imagery training can obviously improve ability of estimate and control sports time. Markedly, in phase of temporary fadeaway, imagery training has positive function in preventing the fading of temporal aesthesis and techniques acquired. By introducing a great deal of datum from home and abroad in regard of fundamental study of psychology and physiology, the article presents a full theoretical analysis of imagery training and meanwhile a description as well as a discussion of the characteristics of imagery training effects.
