摘要
通过硅烷偶联剂(KH570)的水解产物与羟基硅油发生缩合反应向羟基硅油分子中引入C=C双键,在过硫酸铵引发下,缩合产物再与丙烯酸酯单体发生乳液聚合合成了羟基硅油改性丙烯酸树脂皮革涂饰剂。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)等手段对产物结构及应用性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明:有机硅的引入,有效地改善了丙烯酸树脂“热粘冷脆”的缺陷,涂饰革具有疏水、柔软、滑爽、耐干湿擦等优异性能。
The C=C double bonds were imported into hydroxyl silicon oil structure by condensation reaction of hydrolysis product of organic silane coupling agent (kH570) and hydroxyl silicon oil. The modified acrylic resin leather finishing agent with hydroxyl silicon oil was synthesized by the condensation product and acrylic resin monomer emulsion. And the initiator was ammonium persulphate. The chemical structure and application properties of product were measured and studied by FT-IR and DSC, etc. The experimental results showed that the limitation of acrylic resin called"sticky when heated and fragile when cooled"can be decreased obviously. Especially, the finishing leather was hydrophobic, soft, smooth and better wetl/dry fastness, etc.
