摘要
考察了几种生物酶作为脂肪醇乙氧基化催化剂的催化活性。实验发现脂肪酶在乙二醇存在的条件下,能使环氧乙烷开环聚合生成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。采用磷酸裂解实验对产品进行了初步检验,然后进行减压蒸馏,对各馏分进行红外光谱实验,初步证实了产品的结构。采用柱色谱对混合聚醚进行分离,分离后的组分用核磁共振谱进行分析,证实脂肪酶确实使环氧乙烷开环生成了聚醚,混合产物中,聚氧乙烯醚的量约为42%。
Ethoxylation of n-octanol catalyzed by a few of enzymes were stndied and the results showed that only lipase with glycol has a certain catalytie activity, The existence of products was examined by the method of splitting decomposition of phosphoric-acid test, FT-IR absorption spectrum and NMR spectrometry. The products were composed of noctanol ethoxylates(42% ),pdyethylene glycol (51.2%) and a little raw material.
