摘要
该文从罚金刑和没收财产刑两个方面对内地与澳门刑法中关于财产刑的相关规定进行比较,并提出相互借鉴的意见。
From fine penalty and confiscation penahy,this paper makes a comparison of some regulations in property penalties of China mainland and Macao.lt also gives some suggestions of learning from each other.
