摘要
对丹232×N04和B尖8×N05两个普×爆组合F6、BC1S4和BC2S4选系的膨爆特性、穗粒和植株性状表现及其相关分析结果表明:2个组合各类选系间所有性状均存在较大差异;普×爆F1与爆裂亲本回交可以较快恢复膨爆特性,同时显著改良穗粒性状;各性状间的相关存在组合和不同选系间的差异,在后代选择过程中应注意协调各类性状间的关系。
The popping characteristics, ear-kernel and plant characters of F6, BC1S4 and BC2S4 lines derived from two normal corn × popcorn crosses were analyzed. The results showed that there exist great differences among all entries, Through backcrossing with popcorn parent, its elite popping characteristics could be restored quickly, and the ear-kernel characters could be improved greatly at the same time. The correlations among different characters varied greatly with crosses and generations. So, the relationships among different characters should be cooradinated in the development of popcorn inbreds using normal corn × popcorn crosses.
