摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某大型固定管板式换热器管板的稳态温度场和热应力场进行了三维有限元分析。采用APDL语言建立了包括管箱、筒体和2433根换热管在内的四分之一管板的参数化模型。分析了对流边界条件下管板的温度场和相应的热应力场,提出并论证了温度场和热应力场迭代计算的必要性,得到了该边界条件下管板温度场和热应力场的分布规律。
By use of finite element analysis software ANSYS, the steady-state temperature field and thermal stress field in the tubesheet of a large fixed tubesheet heat exchanger were analyzed. In the analysis, APDL language was applied to build a parametric model of one fourth tubesheet including channel, cylinder and 2433 tubes. After the analysis of the temperature field and the thermal stress filed in the tubesheet under the condition of convection boundary, the necessity of iterative computation for temperature field and thermal stress filed was proposed and discussed. Finally, the distribution regularities of the temperature field and the thermal stress filed were ohtained.
