摘要
冠心病是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病,心肌梗塞模型的建立为冠心病的研究提供了可能,并将为心肌梗死的病理学、病理生理学、生物化学、血液动力学及血液流变学等方面的研究打下理论基础。本文就心肌梗塞模型建立的方法、检测及基本原则加以综述。
Coronary heart disease is one of common severe diseases to humans. Myocal＇dial infarction model may provide importanl application in research on coronary heart disease. Animal model of myocardial infarction may lay a good basis for studies on pathology, pathophysiology, biochemistry, hemodynamics and hemorheology of myocardial infarction. In this article we reviewed the method, assessment and pnnciple in establiment of animal models of myocardial infarction.
