提高燃烧效率,降低煤耗是当前发电企业重点考虑的问题之一。文章介绍了艾默生公司SmartProcess燃烧优化系统的基本原理:采用线性模型、神经网络模型和多种优化算法实现燃烧控制系统设定值和偏差的优化,从而实现燃烧过程优化。并介绍了该优化系统的硬件结构、具体优化实施步骤、应用案例和投资回报情况。
To improve the combustion efficiency and reduce the coal consumption of boilers are the current important technical tasks of power generation enterprises.The paper briefs the basic principles of SmartProcess combustion optimization system of Emerson company;using the linear model, neural network model and multiple optimization algorithms,to realize the setting value of combustion control system and the optimization of deflection,so as to realize the optimization of combustion process .The paper also introduces the hardware confguration,the concrete implementation procedures of optimization,application examples and the returns of investment of optimization system.
