摘要
运用DTA—TG、PDSC、单幅近距摄影、扫描电镜、推进剂爆热的测定等多种实验技术,对超细铝粉(SAI)燃烧特性及其燃烧模型进行了研究。结果表明,在中压区,推进剂燃面的SAI直接点火燃烧放热,提高了推进剂燃速;并提出了SAI在推进剂燃面上直接点火的观点及燃面点火的两个条件;揭示了铝粉在中、高压区内的不同作用,提出了铝焰的概念;绘制了铝和SAI的燃烧行为图。
The characteristics and model for combustion of superfine aluminum powder (SA1) have been studied by means of DTA -TG, PDSC, SFM, SEM and measurement of explosion heat. The results indicated that SAl on the burning surface can ignites directly and burns to release heat, which increase burning rate of propellants over middle pressure zone. The paper also pointed out the view that SA1 ignites directely on the burning surface and the two conditions for SAl to finite, discovered the different effects of aluminum powder between over middle and high pressure zone and proposed the concept of aluminum flame. The figures of combustion bahavior of Al and SA1 have been described.
