摘要
文章对电力市场中产生的输电阻塞问题进行了初步研究。对如何降低阻塞费用和输电阻塞的管理作了比较深入的讨论,并给出了具体的处理方法,取得了理想的效果。
Transmission congestion problem of electricity power market is studied in the paper. It is discussed how to reduce the congestion expenses and how to manage the transmission congestion, the concrete treatment method is provided, the result is satisfactory.
