摘要
目的 用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方当归片剂中阿魏酸的含量。方法 以Zorbax-C18为分析柱（5μm，4．6mm×250mm），流动相：5％乙酸溶液：甲醇（75：25），流速：1ml／min，检测波长：320nnm。结果 阿魏酸的浓度在0．0132～0．42mg／ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997）。加样回收率为94．87％（RSD=0．5％）。结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠．可以作为复方当归片剂的质量控制指标之一。
Objective To determine ferulate acid in the compound angelica scinensis particle by RP-HPLC method. Methods The liquid chromatography was carried out using Zorbax C18 （5μm,4.6mm × 250mm）, with detection wavelength at 320nm. The flow rate of mobile phase[5 % acetic acid -methanol（75：25 ）] was ml/min. Resuits The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0141 ～ 0. 450mg/ml（ r = 0. 9997, n = 5 ）. The average recoveries was 94.87 % （RSD = 0.5 % ）. Conclusion The method estahiishied in this paper can be adopr for the compound angelica seinensis particle. This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible.
