摘要
目的对复方蜂胶喷雾剂中的主要成分-总黄酮类成分进行含量测定,为制剂申报新药及保证药品的生产质量建立质控标准。方法建立以紫外可见分光光度法测定复方蜂胶喷雾剂中总黄酮的含量;结果制剂中总黄酮含量测定结果为3.26mg·ml-1。结论该方法灵敏度与精确度符合含量测定的要求,结果稳定,该方法可操作性强。
Aim To establish a quality standard of propolis and nebula of compound propolis and to determine the total flavone as an effective constituent in nebula of compound propolis. Method UV spectrophotometry was applied to detect the content of total flavone in crude herb of propolis and nebula of compound propolis. Result The average content of total flavone in 4 groups of nebula of compound propolis was 3.26mg·ml^-1. Conclusion This method was easy to apply and the maneuverability was fine. It was sensitive and precise enough for its purpose.
