摘要 叶轮机内部非定常流动与叶片表面负荷分布之间的关系对于叶轮机的设计非常重要。本文利用数值模拟手段对单级轴流涡轮内部非定常流动进行了模拟,研究了上游叶片排尾迹和位势作用对下游叶片表面负荷分布的影响,并分析了尾迹在下游叶片通道内的演化图画。计算结果表明涡轮级环境中,上游叶片排的尾迹等对通道内部流动,叶片边界层流动损失的产生、发展和输运,以及下游叶片表面吸力面负荷分布产生明显的影响,需要在设计中加以考虑;本文还探讨了非定常效应应用于设计的可行性和思路。 The relationship between unsteady flow and blade loading distributions is very important in the design of turbomaehinery. In this paper, unsteady numerical results of single stage axial turbine are presented. The influences of upstream cascade wakes and potential effects on downstream blade loading distributions were investigated, and the evolution of wakes on downstream blade passage was analyzed. The results indicate that, under stage conditions, upstream cascade wakes have obvious influences on the generation, evolution and transportation of flow losses, and also on the loading distributions of downstream blade. This effect should be considered in the design of turbomachinery. The feasibility was also discussed.
