摘要
审判委员会制度的产生是我国历史和政治双重因素共同作用的结果,自设立至今一直发挥着重要的作用,但随着社会的发展,现有制度存在的问题日益突出,亟需改进。文章针对审判委员会制度的改革提出了一些有益的建议。
