摘要
综述了甘露醇的药理作用及对电解质、肾脏功能、血压和心脏的影响。同时对甘露醇的临床应用加以总结。
This paper had summarized about the pharmaceutical mechanism of mannitol and its affection on electrolyte, renal function, blood pressure and heart. The clinical experience in treatment of cerebral stroke was also concluded in clinic.
