摘要
目的建立盐酸丁卡因溶液的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法，测定波长为311nm。结果盐酸丁卡因检测浓度在2．5～12.5μg·mL^-1。范围内与吸收度A具有良好线性关系．相关系数r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．37%，RSD为0．2％。结论所建立的测定方法简便、快速、准确、可用于该制剂的含量测定与质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination content in tetracaine hydrochloride solution. METHODS The content of tetracaine hydrochloride solution was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 311 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 2.5 - 12.5μg · mL^-1, r=0. 9999, The average recovery was 100.37 and RSD was 0.2%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the cination and quality control of the preparation.
