摘要
目的应用液基微量稀释法测定酮康唑、联苯苄唑、伊曲康唑、氟康唑、咪康唑、特比萘芬、环比酮胺7种抗真菌药物对马拉色菌的最小抑菌浓度。方法液基微量稀释法,制备微量药敏板,观察不同浓度药物中,真菌生长情况。结果7种药物的MIC范围为酮康唑〈0.125μg/ml,联苯苄唑0.5~2μg/ml,伊曲康唑〈0.125-0.25μg/ml,氟康唑8—32μg/ml,咪康唑8~32μg/ml,特比萘芬0.5—4μg/ml,环比酮胺16—32μg/ml,对照二甲基亚砜〉64μg/ml。结论7种药物抑菌效力从高到低依次为酮康唑、伊曲康唑、联苯苄唑、特比萘芬、咪康唑、氟康唑、环吡酮胺,为临床用药提供了参考。
Objective To measure the MIC of antifungal agents to Malassezia,using liquid microdilution method. Methods Liquid microdilution method, to prepare the microdoge drug sensitivity, to observe the growth of fungus under different dosage of different antifungal agents. Results The MIC of the Ketoconazole 〈0. 125μg/ml,Bifonazole 0.5 -2μg/ml,Itraconazole 〈0. 125 - 0. 25 μg/ml, Fluconazole 8 - 32μg/ml, Miconazole 8 - 32μg/ml, Terbinafine 0. 5 - 4μg/ml, Ciclopirox olamine 16 - 32μg/ml, contrast dimethyl sulfoxide 〉 64μg/ml. Conclusion The abilities of suppressive fungus range from high to low is Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Bifonazole,Terbinafine, Miconazole, Fluconazole, Ciclopirox olamine, these data provided the help of use drugs in clinical work.
