摘要
目的:探讨小柴胡汤对子宫内膜异位症(内异症)子宫内膜的影响。方法:采用大鼠内异症动物模型,通过透射电镜技术观察小柴胡汤对子宫内膜细胞结构的影响。结果:中、高剂量(500g/L、750g/L)小柴胡汤对异位内膜生长有明显抑制作用、异位内膜体积明显减小(P<0.01),低剂量(250g/L)小柴胡汤组异位内膜体积也有减小(P<0.05),而对照组体积无明显变化(P>0.05);透射电镜下可见中、高剂量小柴胡汤组治疗后腺上皮细胞出现凋亡特征,表现为细胞体积变小、核固缩、胞浆和核染色质凝集、密度增高、细胞间凋亡小体,同时间质细胞中也可见一些坏死细胞。结论:小柴胡汤对内异症大鼠异位内膜生长有明显抑制作用,其作用机制可能是通过调整宿主局部环境中的免疫状态和功能,从而诱导细胞的凋亡和坏死。
Objective: to investigate the effects of Xiao Chai Hu Tang (XCHT) on cndometrium in cndometriosis. Methods: 60 rats were modeled to be endomtrosis and then randomized into 5groups, and respectively given differentadosage of xiao chai Hu Tang, observe the altrastructural chang of the models by using electrom microscopy. Results : After treatment with XCHT soluting of middle or high-dose ( 500g·L^-1, 750g·L^-1 ), it could markedly inhibit cndometrial implant growth ( P 〈 0.01 ) . however, low-dose XCHT ( 250g·L^-1 ) indistinctively inhibit it ( P 〈 0.05) . But the implant volume of control group did not change ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Meanwhile, the glandular cell in the endometrial implant after given middle or high-dose XCHT showed characteristic features of apoptosis which displayed with the cell decreased in size, karyopyknosis, cytoplasmic and nuclear chrumafin condensation, density increased and a lot of apoptotic bodies among cell. Whereas some stromal cell displayed degeneration and necrosis. Conclusions : The results suggested that XCHT had effects on inhibiting ectopic endometrium by inducing cell death, including apoptosis and necrosis.
