摘要
使用AMI-900型便携式兽用B超诊断仪的5.0 MHz的线阵探头,通过直肠对配种后30 d的母牛进行了妊娠探查,主要目的是探讨B超在生产应用中对肉牛早期妊娠诊断的适用性和意义。本试验对妊娠30 d左右的母牛的探查可以看到增厚的子宫壁、尿囊腔、胚胎、胎盘突等回声,没有观察到胚心搏动。与传统的直肠触诊法相比,B超早期妊娠诊断法快捷、简便、准确率高,对早期妊娠诊断以实时图像显示,具有直观性,对子宫及其胎儿的应激小且无损伤。
The cows were detected with B-mode uhrasound scanner with a 5.0 MHz linear probe designed for intrarectal placement at 30 days after insemination. This experimentation mainly discussed whether it was applied and significative to use the B-mode ultrasound for early pregnancy diagnosis of beef-cattle. The cows were scanned in the 30th day after fertilization, thickening of uterine wall, allantois, embryo and placentome were revealed in the uhrasonography, and the heartbeat of embryo had not been detected. Comparing with the rectal examination, B-mode ultrasound have had more convenient and higher veracity, it has been intuitional and not damnified the uterus and embryo.
