摘要
在pH4.5的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,研究了镓与1,5-二(2-羟基-5-磺基苯基)-3-氰基甲(月替) (DSPCF)生成有色络合物的条件。络合物的最大吸收波长为635nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.01×104L· mol-1·cm-1,镓含量在0-40μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律,有色络合物稳定48h以上。该法用于矿石中镓的测定,获得了满意的结果。
Ga( Ⅲ ) reacts with 1,5-di-(2-hydroxy-5-sulfophenyl)-3-cyanoformazan disodium salt (DSPCF) in a buffer solution of acetic acid-sodium acetate (pH4. 5),and forms a stable (for at least 48h) color complex with maximum absorption wavelength at 635nm and apparent molar absorptivity of 4. 01 × 10^4L · mol^-1· cm^-1. The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0--40μg/25mL for gallium( Ⅲ ). The method was applied to determination of microamounts gallium in ore with satisfactory results.
