摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的深入发展,货币资本所有者与劳动力资本所有者对财富的分配失衡,成为我国市场经济进一步发展的巨大障碍。只有劳动力资本化才能真正体现劳动力的价值,实现劳动力资本的优化再生,才能真正遏制社会贫富不均现象,促进我国社会主义市场经济的发展和社会的安定团结。
With the developing of economic reform in China, the unbalanced wealth distribution between currency capital possessors and workforce capital possessors has caused mental counteractions of people, which constitutes a great obstacle for further development of the Chinese economy. Only with the capitalization of workforce could values of labourers manifested, labour capitals optimized and social inequality curbed so as to promote the development of socialist market economy and social stability and solidarity.
