New ffigh-efficiency Nd:Gd_(0.42)Y_(0.58)VO_4 Infrared Laser Pumped by Diode Laser

摘要 文章研究了新型红外激光混晶Nd:Gd0.42 Y0.58 VO4的激光运转特性。采用简单、紧凑的 平-凹腔结构,在注入泵浦功率为9.1W时,得到4.64W的1064nm激光输出,光一光转换效 率为51%。利用KTP晶体腔内倍频,在注入泵浦功率为8.6W时,获得380mW的532nm连续 绿光输出。 New High-efficiency Nd: Gd0.45 Y0.58VO4 infrared laser is reported. A very simple, compact plane-concave cavity is used. Laser output of 4.64W is obtained at incident pump power of 9.1 W, and optical-optical conversion efficiency is 51%. Intracavity-frequency-doubled with KTP,380mW of green laser is obtained at incident pump power of 8.6W.
