摘要
对年降雨量少、蒸发量相对较大的地区,回喷蒸发处理垃圾渗滤液是一种较为有效的方法。为提高回喷系统运行的经济性,以四川省泸定县为例,对渗滤液回喷蒸发处理的最佳负荷和回喷频率进行了研究。结果表明:低回喷负荷不利于渗滤液减量,而高回喷负荷不利于节能,使渗滤液达到零排放的最佳回喷负荷为当月平均日蒸发量的50%(1.4mm/d);当回喷负荷较低时,回喷频率越大则蒸发量就越大,当回喷负荷较高时,回喷频率对土壤蒸发几乎无影响,在实际运行中,最佳回喷频率为3~4次/d。
For the area of low precipitation and comparatively high evaporation capacity annually, surface spraying and evaporating is one of more effective processes to treat landfill leachate. In order to make the system more economical, the experiments were conducted to study the optimum hydraulic load and spraying frequency of landfill leachate spraying and evaporating, taking Luding County of Sichuan Province for example. The results indicate that low hydraulic load is not good for reducing the volume of leachate, and high hydraulic load needs more energy. The optimum hydraulic load by which no leachate is discharged is 50 percent of daily average evaporation capacity of the month (1.4 mm/d). In addition, when the hydraulic load is low, the higher spraying frequency is adopted, the more evaporation capacity is obtained. The spraying frequency with high hydraulic load almost has no influence on evaporation capacity. In practice, the optimum spraying frequency is 3 -4 times per day.
