摘要
目的:研究普罗帕酮与奎尼丁对实验动物心律失常的作用。方法:从药效动力学和药代动力学两方面考察小剂量普罗帕酮(Pro)和奎尼丁(Qui)合用,对抗肾上腺素(EP)所致家兔心律失常的作用。结果:Pro(3mg/kg)和Qui(6mg/kg)静脉注射全量合用及半量合用,可明显推迟室性心律失常(VA)和室速(VT)的发作,缩短持续时间,并减少两者的发生率。结论:半量Pro和Qui联合用药后抗心律失常作用明显增强,采用高效液相色谱法测定Qui与Pro的血药浓度,药物动力学参数均无显著影响。
Objective:To study the antiarrhythmic effects of propafenone (Pro) and quinidine (Qui) on arrhythmias in rabbits. Methods: To observe the effect of small dose of Pro and Qui on adrenaline-induced arrhythmias in rabbits by pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Results: With a combination of Pro (3 mg·kg^-1·iv) and Qui (6 mg·kg^-1·iv) and with a combination two at half dose prominently prolonged the onset of ventricular arrhythmias (VA) and ventricular tachyarrhythmias (VT) and reduced the duration and the incidence of VA and VT. Conclusion: The effects of combination Pro with Qui in half dose were markedly increased on antiarrhythmias. The study showed Qui has no influence on the metabolism and pharmacokinetic parameters of Pro in rabbits.
