摘要
介绍水泥混凝土路面厚度超声检测仪和宽带换能器的设计,利用超声反射法检测厚度,对复杂的反射信号用分离谱方法进行处理,可帮助判别反射信号位置.仪器在多个工程实际检测中应用,误差在5%左右.
In this paper, ultrasonic cement concrete pavement thickness detector,designation of the wide-band transducer and detecting thickness by ultrasonic echo method are introduced. It is also introduced that tO process the complex echoed signal by separation spectrum can give help to distinguish the location of the echoed signal. The detection error of this instrument used in many projects is about 5%.
