摘要
针对100~400 m中小跨度的自锚式悬索桥,提出了一种先架缆后挂梁的设计施工方案.计算了施工过程中墩顶必须承受的最大水平拉力,分析了桥墩尺寸、临时固结和稳定性等关键问题.结果表明,在中小跨度范围内,墩顶最大水平力可以由墩来承受,从而能够克服目前自锚式悬索桥'先梁后缆'施工的弊端.
To expand the application range of self-anchored suspension bridges, a novel construction method was brought up for self-anchored suspension bridges with a short span ranging from I00 to 400 m. It is called as" erecting cable before constructing girder" (ECBCG) construction method and means that in the construction of a self-anchored suspension bridge the girder is constructed after the cable has been erected. The maximum horizontal force that the pier must endure was investigated, and some key problems, such as the size of the pier, the temporary join and the stabilization during construction, were discussed. The results show that the horizontal force can be acceptable for this type of bridge within a certain range of span for this method to overcome the shortcoming of the construction method of "constructing girder before erecting cable".
