摘要
针对浙江圣达药业有限公司的制药废水的特点,进行清浊分流,将高浓度的酸性废水用Fenton试剂氧化处理,再与低浓度废水混合,然后采用水解酸化/接触氧化/气浮/氧化工艺处理,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996规定的一级排放标准。
Aiming at the feature of the wastewater from pharmaceuticals production of Zhejiang Shengda Co., Ltd., the wastewater is treated separately, The highly concentrated wastewater is oxidized by Fenton reagent before mixing with low concentrated wastewater which is followed by the use of hydrolytic acidation - contact oxidation - air floatation-oxidation. The water quality of effluent after the treatment reaches the National Class- Ⅰ Standard of GB 8978--1996.
