摘要
目的探讨内镜下高频电切治疗家族性腺瘤性息肉病的新方法及临床疗效。方法该组21例结肠息肉病中,15例行内镜下高频电切息肉+定期治疗和随访;6例行部分肠切除+内镜下高频电切息肉+定期治疗和随访。结果本组切除最大息肉3.0cm×3.5cm大小,切除息肉1次最多达256个,最多的1例共行11次高频电切治疗,切除息肉1535个,21例均恢复正常生活和工作。全组未发生出血、穿孔等并发症,在治疗和随访期间无癌变或死亡病例。结论结肠镜下高频电切治疗家族性腺瘤性息肉病,结合定期结肠镜随访的方案安全可行,近期疗效满意。
[Objective] To explore a new therapeutic method of high frequency electric cutting under eolonoscope and its clinical efficacy in treatment of familial adenomatous polyposis（FAP）. [Methods] There were 21 eases with familial adenomatous polyposis in this group.15 of 21 cases were treated by high frequency electric cutting under endoscope combined with regular treatment and follow up,6 of 21 underwent partial colon resection combined with high frequency electric cutting under endoscope, regular treatment and follow up. [Results] In this group, the maximal polypus was 3.0 cm×3.5 cm and the maximum of once-resected polypi was 256.1 case underwent high frequency electric cutting for 11 times and the total polypi reached 1 535. All patients were restored to normal work and life. There was no complication such as hemorrhage and perforation in this group. No deterioration or mortality occurred in the process of treatment and follow up. [Conclusions] High frequency electric cutting under colonoscope combined with regular colonoseopic follow up is safe and feasible for familial adenomatous polyposis（FAP） as a new therapeutic scheme with satisfactory short-term curative effect.
