摘要
从中石化湖北化肥分公司合成氨装置DCS系统中PID参数整定的实际出发,介绍了几种国内外PID参数自整定方法,分析它们的优缺点及存在的问题,提出一种新的基于系统辨识的PID参数自整定算法。论述基于VB的PID参数自整定软件开发,给出PID参数自整定程序设计界面。将这种PID自整定算法在中石化湖北化肥分公司DCS系统中进行应用实验,得出PID参数自整定前后PV趋势对比图,从而验证这种PID自整定算法的可行性。
The text, from the fact of PID parameters tuning in DCS system of ammonia plant of Hubei Chemical Fertilizer Branch Co., presents some PID parameters self-tuning methods at home and abroad, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages and the problems existed, puts forward a new PID parameters self-tuning arithmetic based on system identification. The text discusses the soft- ware development of PID parameter self-tuning based on ~qB, and gives the program interface of PID parameter self-tuning. The test was made in DCS system of the ammonia plant, getting the PV trend contrast chart before and after the new PID parameter self-tuning arithmetic was realized, further demonstrating the feasibility of the PID parameter self-tuning arithmetic.
