摘要
目的 研究了低温条件和复杂因素影响下的幼龄期混凝土强度增长规律,并建立有效而可靠的数学预测模型,实现现场施工对低温条件下幼龄期混凝土强度发展的监控.方法 对掺加掺合料的不同配合比的C30幼龄期混凝土的强度进行测定,应用回归分析对其进行曲线拟合推导,在不同强度拟合曲线的基础上,对5℃、10℃、15℃温度养护条件下不同配合比混凝土达到标准养护条件下10%、20%、30%、40%强度比的等效系数进行回归分析.结果 得出C30混凝土在5~20℃养护温度条件下强度发展的等效系数曲线:m=0.289+0.03726t+0.000036t^2,适用于预测C30混凝土标准强度10%~40%范围内幼龄期强度发展规律.结论 利用推导公式计算的结果与试验结果相吻合,所推导的等效系数曲线具有可行性.
The author researches on the law of infant age concrete strength development under low temperature and influence of complex factors, and sets up efficient and reliable mathematical predicting model to monitor the infant age concrete strength development under low temperature at a construction site. The strength curves are derived through testing design. The equivalent coefficient of 10 %, the infant age strength of C30 mixed with admixture in different 20 %, 30 %, 40 % strength ratio of different admixture design concrete under the curing temperature of 5 ℃, 10℃,15℃ has been analyzed on the basis of different strength curves.The equivalent coefficient curve of strength development under the curing temperature of 5~20℃has been attained, which is m= 0.289 + 0. 3726 t + 0. 000036 t^2. This result is fit to predict the law of infant strength development of concrete within 10 %~40 % of C30 standard strength. The calculated resuits according to the formula fit with the experimental results so that the equivalent coefficient curve is reliable.
