脂酸类相变材料在节能建筑中应用的可行性研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的对脂酸类相变材料的低共熔混合物的热物性进行试验测试和理论分析预测,得到脂酸类相变材料在建筑围护结构中的应用条件,分析其降低建筑能耗的可能性.方法理论分析了脂酸类物质中的癸酸和月桂酸的低共熔混合物的熔点和相变潜热,通过差示扫描量热法对低共熔混合物及由其构成的相变墙板的热物性进行了试验验证.结果癸酸和月桂酸的低共熔混合物的试验测试值与理论计算值基本吻合.结论提出了相变材料在节能建筑中应用的要求,在建筑围护结构中,加入癸酸和月桂酸的低共熔混合物,可大大减少采暖空调负荷,降低空调系统耗电量,实现建筑节能的目的. The thermal parameters of eutectic mixtures in the phase change materials of some fatty acids were measured after theoretical calculation. The request for the application of these fatty acids in building energy conservation was proposed. The feasibility of their application in reducing building energy consumption was analyzed, By theoretical prediction, the phase transition temperature and latent heat of the eutectic mixtures of capric acid and the lauric acid were achieved. Then, by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the thermal properties of these eutectic mixtures were tested. The results confirmed that the theoretical calculation value and DSC testing value were basically equal. Finally, some advice was proposed and analyzed that the eutectic mixtures of capric acid and the lauric acid should be incorporated into building envelops to reduce the cold and heat load in HVAC system, decrease the power consumption, and realize the goal of building energy conservation.
