摘要
采用正交试验方法确定了向日葵籽壳中的主要抗菌成分绿原酸类物质的最佳水浸提工艺条件为料水比1∶10,浸提温度60℃,pH 6,提取物最大吸收波长为326 nm。抑菌试验结果表明,向日葵籽壳绿原酸类物质提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌都有一定抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为2.6%,2.0%和1.2%(mL/100 mL)。
The orthogonal design was adopted in an experiment to determine the processing conditions for extraction of chlorogenic acid from the shell meal of sunflower ( Helianthtts annuus L.), which can be added to animal feed for its antibiotic activity. The optimum extraction parameters appeared to be material/water ratio 1 : 10, circurofluence temperature 60℃, pH 6 and maximum absorbing wavelength of the extractant 326 nm. The substances extracted showed some antibiotic activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, the minimum antibiotic concentration to the bacteria was 2.6%, 2.0% and 1.2%, respectively.
