Neurotrophic factors and diabetic neuropathies in brain

摘要 神经生长因子、脑源性神经营养因子、神经营养因子-3、胰岛素样生长因子等神经营养因子及其受体缺乏和信号转导功能障碍在糖尿病脑病的发病机制中起作用。对影响认知的中枢胆碱能神经元的神经营养支持作用、抑制细胞凋亡、调节突触可塑性等可能是它们发挥保护作用的主要机制。此方面的研究对于糖尿病脑病的防治具有重要意义。 The deficiency and the abnormal signaling transduction of neurotrophic factors, such as NGF, BDNF, NT-3, GDNF, IGF, and their reeeptors may play important roles in the development and progression of diabetic neuropathies in brain. Neurotrophic factors can sustain the function of central eholinergic neurons as well as inhibit the neuronal apoptosis. They can also modulate the synaptic plasticity. Through the ways mentioned above, the neurotrophic factors may prevent the occurrence and the development of the disease. Therefore, the correlational researches may have significant effects on the prevention and cure of diabetic neuropathies in brain.
