摘要
目的探讨在综合护理基础上的个性化护理干预对2型糖尿病患者生命质量的影响。方法将133例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,通过血糖生化指标、SF-36、SCL-90测量,评估患者的生理、心理和社会功能,实验组采取在综合护理基础上的个性化护理干预,对照组则进行常规护理,比较分析干预后实验组与对照组的各项评估指标。结果实验组患者的生理、心理和社会功能显著高于对照组。结论个性化护理干预是提高2型糖尿病患者生命质量的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the Influence of specific nursing on quality of life of diabetes. Methods 133 patients of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （66 patients） received traditional nursing, the experimental group （67 patients） received specific nursing. Results After specific nursing interventions, in experimental group the patients＇blood sugar was significantly declined, the quality of life and their mental performance were improved. Conclusion The specific nursing can improve diabetic patients＇QOL
