摘要
介绍了冲锻复合成形工艺,并将其应用于所研究的汽车离合器衬套的局部增厚。借助专业有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D模拟了冲锻复合成形这个工艺过程并对其进行了优化,比较分析其模拟结果可知优化后的两步冲锻复合成形比原先的一步冲锻复合成形更加合理。
Stamping-forging composite process has been introduced and employed in thickening some part of clutch bush.In order to design reasonable forming process, DEFORM-3D FE software has been employed to analyze this process.The analysis of numerical simulation results demonstrated that the two-step stamping-forging composite process was more reasonable than one-step stamping-forging composite process.
