摘要
375只1日龄仙湖3号肉鸭,按体重相近的原则随机分成5个处理组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加土霉素50mg/kg、糖萜素300mg/kg、大蒜素100mg/kg、糖萜素300mg/kg+大蒜素100mg/kg(联合添加组)。每个处理设3个重复,每个重复25只试鸭,进行为期49天的饲养试验。结果表明四种添加剂均有降低日耗料量的趋势(P>0.05);四种添加剂均能在一定程度上降低料肉比,其中土霉素、糖萜素以及联合添加的效果均显著(P<0.05)且糖萜素的料肉比最低。
375 one-day-old Xianhu No.3 meat ducks were randomly divided into five groups by weight.Every group was fed the same basal diet,supplemented with nothing,50mg/kg terramycin ,300mg/kg saccharicterpenin, 100mg/kg garliein,300 mg/kg saccharicterpenin and 100 mg/kg garlicin (the combination group)respectively.Every group included three replicates and each replicate with twenty-five birds.The experiment conducted for 49 days,The results showed that,all additives improved to some extent daily gain,both terramycin and saccharicterpenin had significant effect(P〈0.05),and terramycin was the best;all groups had no significant difference on daily feed intake,but had the trend to decrease daily feed intake(P〉0.05);the four kinds of additives could reduce feed/gain ratio to some extent,and terramycin,saeeharieterpenin as well as the combination had significant effeet(P〉O.O5),and saeeharieterpenin was the best.
